A Warm Welcome
When you become a member of the Humanist Society, we want you to feel part of our community from the very beginning.
Your welcome pack, sent to every member, includes a packet of native flower seeds to plant, two postcards to keep or share, and your own Humanist Society lapel pin.
Our Society has been bringing humanists together since 1961, while the Happy Human on your pin has been an international symbol of humanism since 1965.
It’s a small symbol of a long tradition, and of the humanist movement you’re now part of.
As a member you’ll receive a welcome pack, regular updates, invitations to events, thoughtful resources, and opportunities to connect with other humanists.
